Spiral Safe focused on helping users protect cryptographic keys and wallet access without forcing unacceptable tradeoffs between security and everyday usability.
Problem
Key-management products often fail in practice — users lose access, or security controls are bypassed because the experience is too fragile or opaque.

Designed product and security boundaries around key generation, storage, recovery, and user-facing flows; prioritized threat modeling and clear failure modes over feature breadth.
Result
Shipped a security-first approach to wallet and key management with explicit recovery and threat assumptions — scoped for real user behavior rather than idealized security theater.
